What MintLane stores, and what it does not.
Your email address, so you can sign in and we can send you sign-in links. A username you choose. The products you list, and a record of what you have bought or sold.
If you list a product, the payout wallet address you give us. That address is public on the blockchain by design.
Your wallet's private keys, and your funds. Payments go straight from the buyer's wallet to the seller's wallet on Base. MintLane never holds the money, so there is no balance of yours for us to hold or lose.
We do not ask for or store card details, bank details, or any government identity document.
Nobody but you. Buyers and sellers you trade with see your username. Your email address appears nowhere on the public site.
MintLane sets cookies to keep you signed in, and for nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking on this site.
That is why there is no cookie banner: cookies strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for do not require consent, and a banner implying otherwise would be theatre.
Blockchain transactions are permanent and visible to anyone. When you buy or sell here, the transfer between the two wallet addresses is public, as is the amount. That is a property of the network, not a choice MintLane makes, and it cannot be undone.
Email us and we will remove your account and listings. Purchases other people made from you stay on their record, because they paid for those files and keep the right to download them. Anything already settled on-chain cannot be removed from the blockchain by us or by anyone.
